Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Informal Resolution

Binding Arbitration

Except for small claims court matters, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in California unless required otherwise by law.

Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be brought individually. You waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.

Opt-Out

Governing Law
