Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment and Participation

1.1. By enrolling in our affiliate program, you agree to these terms and conditions and become a participant in the program.

1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

1.3. You must be of legal age and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1. As an affiliate, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link. You are responsible for promoting our products and services using this link through approved marketing channels.

2.2. You shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.

2.3. You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your marketing channels.

3. Commission and Payment

3.1. You will receive a commission on qualified sales generated through your affiliate link, as defined by our program guidelines.

3.2. Commissions will be paid monthly and within a reasonable period after the end of the month.

3.3. Commission calculations, including any adjustments, will be based on our tracked and validated data.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1. Affiliates shall not engage in any of the following activities:

4.1.1. Unauthorized use of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, or any proprietary materials.

4.1.2. Spamming, unsolicited email marketing, or any other forms of intrusive advertising.

4.1.3. Promotion of illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

4.1.4. Brand bidding, including the use of our company name or variations as keywords in search engine advertising.

4.1.5. Misrepresentation of our products, services, or company.

4.1.6. Violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

5. Termination

5.1. We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account for any reason at any time, with or without notice.

5.2. Termination may result in the forfeiture of all pending commissions.

5.3. Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease all promotional activities and remove any affiliate links or materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program.

6.2. Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under the program.

7. Modification of Terms

7.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

7.2. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate portal.

7.3. Continued participation in the program after the modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of California.

By enrolling in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
